Sailing Schools New South Wales

Sailing schools across New South Wales — Sydney Harbour, Middle Harbour, Pittwater and Botany Bay. Beginner, keelboat, RYA and IYT yacht training.

Where will you train?

The water you learn on

New South Wales holds the largest concentration of sailing training in the country. Sydney Harbour is confined water with heavy commercial traffic, which teaches collision regulations and pilotage quickly, and the Heads give coastal access when conditions allow. An hour north, Pittwater and Broken Bay offer sheltered water for first lessons and anchoring practice; Botany Bay serves the southern suburbs with more open conditions.

Not sure which school in New South Wales fits?

Do not start with price. Start with the outcome, the boat you will train on, class size and whether the qualification is relevant to what you want to do.
